Stay Away From Cda Products

No NOT buy CDA products. They are unsafe, don't last more than 6 months and customer care is horrendous.

The inner glass panel within the oven I purchased from CDA 6 months ago, overheated and shattered, missing me by less than half a meter.

This would be especially dangerous for anyone with an infant in the house.

Add to this their atrocious customer care. It takes two days to send the panel to an engineer who then can not do the installation for 10 days.

CDA won't even confirm a time when the engineer will come, only that it will be any time between 8am-5pm.

Of course they only work Monday to Friday, apparently that is the most efficient way of working - Customer convenience be damned. Only looking out for their bottom line.

Being a contractor this means loss of income on top of nearly having my legs shredded.

But as long as CDA don't lose money, they don't care if their customers are injured or lose income.

Read the countless complaints on the internet and save yourselves from these terrible products and company

Cda - Don't Even Go There

We had a CDA oven as part of our Tesco kitchen three months ago. Since then we have had nothing but problems with it. I have just had to call them out again because it is igniting but not staying lit. They are all over you until the point at which they take your money, after that they just don't want to know. The oven looks good, but even when it is working as it should it is hardly user-friendly. I'm always surprised when it works first time, and I hanker after our old cooker, which was old but easy to use and reliable.

DO NOT TOUCH CDA. It is very poor quality stuff. Even the tap on the sink we had from them is faulty. How I wish I'd googled CDA prior to purchasing a Tesco kitchen. I'm just thankful that we didn't decide to have more appliances from them!

Awful products, even worse customer service. DIRE.

We Have Installed 8 Cda Machines In Our New Kitche

We have installed 8 CDA machines in our new kitchen on the recommendation of the kitchen fitting company. Within just a few weeks and only being used a handful of times the multifunction oven has developed a problem which needs a new circuit board. We feel it is not fit for purpose and should be replaced but the customer care team at CDA do not want to know. They say our contract is with the installer. The installers say they have tried to get CDA to replace the oven but to no avail. Instead we have had to phone CDA who passed us on to another company who passed us on to a local companany who carry out repair work on their behalf. CDA sent us a the parts through the post but as we were not in we had to go to the Royal Mail depot to pick them up. We now have to ring the local repair company to arrange for them to call. We are very unhappy and if we had read other reviews before having our new kitchen installed we would never have considered using CDA appliannces.

I found this review very helpful because... I was seriously considering but am noew going for a Neff (German made) oven instead - too many bad reviews for UK built things
