PURCHASED MICROWAVE DIRECT FROM PANASONIC ON 15th SEPTEMBER 2020. SEVEN WEEKS AFTER ON THE 'AUTO ROAST' THE MACHINE MADE A TERRIBLE NOISE WHICH ONLY STOPPED AFTER 2 MINUTES. CONTACTED PANASONIC WHO ADVISED ME THAT AFTER 30 DAYS IT WAS A REPAIR GUARANTEE. i AM DISPUTING THIS.
SINCE THEN THE TURNTABLE HAS STARTED JERKING AND ALSO WHEN STOPPING THE MACHINE TO STIR SOMETHING IT CARRIES ON GOING IN THE SAME DIRECTION, WHICH IS A FAULT.
I HAVE LOOKED INTO THE CONSUMER RIGHT ACT 2015 WHICH STATES
'IF THE ITEM IS FAULTY WHEN IT IS SOLD TO YOU( BUT THAT FAULT MAY NOT BECOME APPARENT UNTIL AFTER IT HAS BEEN USED' THIS MEANS THERE IS SOME SORT OF MANUFACTURING DEFECT WITH THE PRODUCT, THEREFORE IT IS NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE FOR WHICH IT WAS SOLD.
I AM REQUESTING A REPLACEMENT OR REFUND ON THIS MACHINE.
THIS IS THE 4th PANASONIC MICROWAVE I HAVE PURCHASED AND HAVE NEVER HAD ANYTHING AS POOR AS THIS

Purchased from very.co.uk in October 24th 2013, within 2 months the door of the microwave had a burn mark to the seal, Panasonic gave me a local agents number to call, they collected and returned it. All worked fine until July 24th 2014 when the door seal burnt again, this time the local agent said that they would not repair it again as they did not make any money from these Panasonic Guarantee repairs. After 1 hour and 50 mins on the phone Panasonic told me to get onto very.co.uk, they told me that they could not do anything as I had mis-used the item, not put enough food in it. so a portion of curry reheated on the curry reheat auto program is not enough food? and told me to get onto Panasonic. I did not get back to Panasonic as I had been on the phone for long enough and decided to write letters to try to get through to them, after all the item was only 9 months into its guarantee. Letters sent to Panasonic uk, very.co.uk, Trading Standards and BBC Watchdog.
Bought one of these 15 months ago. It is now completely dead. No display nothing. Avoid this product
