Vapour Mop X700

No even worthy of any stars!!!

I purchased this, was working for a few months, returned and got another one, was working for a short time, then, will power on and make a noise, but does not actually work! The company went out of business, so not able to get any refund!

I've had one of these steam mop cleaners for nearly a year and it gets used at least monthly. I have never experience a problem and it works like a treat - I can't fault it. This is clearly a "Marmite" product!

I find the vapour mop x700 to be the best by far, the handle is more sturdy than 2 other leading brands i have bought which snapped, this one gets full marks from me and cleans every thing with ease, i fully recommend it.

Do not waste yr money buying this product golly rubbish

We brought the x700 steam mop last October at first it worked a treat it did what it was supposed to do but after six months it is fit for the rubbish bin steam but no power we were told to bang the head on the floor while fitted into the mop and it would solve our problem no it does not so we are left with a useless steam mop I would not buy another one.

I bought the vapour mop after thinking about it for ages. I had my reservations because I have previously owed other steam mops and they all stopped working after a short while. The x700 was no different. I think they are a victim of their success. I think the steam will only clog it up.

I bought this item from a different source. Ii got hot on the first occasion and on subsequent occasions I could hardly see any steam. The pad was luje warm As the company went in receivership my three years' warranty is nul and void. I've tried to repair it myself but to no avail. Buy a decent brand name!

A waste of money works for a few weeks then doesn't steam I could not wait to try it on bathroom tiles didn't work just hasn't got the power.

A lightweight portable floor steamer and handheld. Was ok but pressure was not brilliant, but did a reasonable job on my tiled and laminate floors. After 4 weeks it stopped producing steam. I am now trying to get my money back from Pitch TV but to date they dont reply to my emails and its impossible trying to get through by phone to their customer services. I bought extra micro fibre cloths so all up the cost was £84.98 not a cheap product. Don't waste your money buying this mop its cheaply made and not reliable.

bought this mop dec2012 feb 2013 mop went wrong new one sent april 2013 mop went wrong again after lots of hassel finaly got pitch tv on phone going o send replacement i bought the extra warranty but i have still got to pay £15 to return it. boyh mops motor gave up no steam was coming out they both started off very well but after a few months motor went im stuck with this mop they i could have to replace every few months and having to pay to send it back,this is not a cheap mop wish i had bought from a shop eg argos would be much easier to return it
