The system is incredibly complicated compared to other call forwarding companies and more expensive in some cases.

AVOID!

I bought a trial number for a week (for 10 GBP) it worked, so I bought two actual call forwarding numbers for a whopping $200 and THEY DID NOT WORK.

When I asked for clarification, they blamed the US provider and REFUSED to give me a refund. The numbers DO NOT function. They have not been used in MONTHS and they refuse to refund. Their customer services is very unprofessional and rude.

When I vocalized my frustration, they used THAT against me. As if I'm just going to be swindled out of $200 and shut up about it.

Avoid and use tollfreeforwarding, Avoxi, or globalcallforwarding instead. They are nicer, cheaper, and don't send you 5 emails per purchase and demand your password look like this: &%$R*$&^)

My legal department is investigating.

Whatever they respond to this is damage-control and will be insincere. I repeat: AVOID!

I was looking for a reliable, trustworthy VoIP provider that would help me and my clients. I was referred to Voyced by another supplier that I was using at the time and haven't looked back since.

I was using various VoIP Providers and there was always an issue somehow, something that was impossible to get resolved or to even get a response. Discussed all this with a member of the Voyced support staff and they put my mind at ease. Tested their Trial product and was convinced very easily. The Quality of the calls is just perfect and I've yet to come across a first issue or downtime and this is just over a year into being with them.

I've no consolidated all the various providers and services into 1 account with Voyced and it is so much easier to maintain and use and we're saving a lot of money in the process. Even their SoftPhone app is out of this world and just always seem to work perfectly where others failed.
