This company is a fake company, I bought a phone charge card yesterday for $10 but on cking my crdit card they charged me $12+. After a day someone called and gave me an access code which i used I was told number does not exist, I called again I was giving another number which also does not exist, call again for 3rd time was issued another number also does not exist. I ve called my Attorney Generals office to report the company. I'll never recommend to anybody

No, I will not recommend this company. Procedure stated to activate card is that their customer service will contact you on the provided phone number. But without even attempting to contact they send made up email that they tried to contact but the phone number was either wrong or on voice mail.

If you try to contact them, no one will attend to your call. I advice you not to waste money.

Amantel is a sham. Call drops, 3 minutes taken away per 1 second calls.

I bought a $50 calling credit. I was giving about 650 call minutes. Yet, I have not been able to make more than 20 minutes successful calls out of the 500 minutes that they have taken away from me.

Now, the minutes have been reduced to 160 minutes from 650 minutes. I have called several times to ask why 3 minutes are taking from me for 1 second call drop. they remove 3 minutes per second call made even when they calls are dropping.

The calls are inaudible and often drops multiple times (frequently)

I have called them more than 20 times and they promised to fix the problem, yet, nothing has been done and no time has been refunded back. I called now and the customer care service provider that attended to me was so rude, to the extent that he told me that my concern wasn't his problem and not his concern.

He was absolute rude with I don't care attitude.

Please I want to know why a customer would be charged for 3 minutes just for a call that lasted for 2 seconds? he told me that the 3 minutes is a default for every second call. I have been charged 27 minutes and sometimes 30 minutes for making calls that were less than 3 minutes due to their call dropping. He said that if I want , that I should write an email .

Amantel Pleases I need all my minutes back or I take this further to every social media. A family member introduced me to Amantel and she has since stopped using Amantel due to similar issues.

I need all my minutes back and this 3 minutes default has to stop.

Worst customer service I bought $15.00 phone card that usually allows me to speak for 42 minutes abroad today it last me for 9 minutes when I complained about it I was told to call back in 2 hours when I called someone else get on the phone and said they changed the rates but didn’t update the website they refused to credit me for my money or minutes I will never use them again stay away from this company.

This is a fraudulent company. They sign you up automatically even when you don't request for it. I signed up ONLINE to buy only 1 time and 2 days after the 1st purchase, they debited my account. There is an option for 'AUTOMATIC RECHARGE ' which I did not sign but to my surprise, my account was debited again

I called and spoke with Pradeep [agent] who said it is automatic when wyou purchase the 1st time and this is not written anywhere as an agreement.

DO NOT BUY CALLING CARD FROM AMANTEL as they will put your account into Overdraft if care is not taken. This is against the LAW.

I purchased 285 minutes to Nigeria. The next day the calling rate had changed without notice, short 19 minutes.They are the only company online that charge at least $1 for service fee.. Will not purchase calling card from Amantel going forward. Amantel is fruad!!!

Hi, I am using Amantel from last 10 months and find that Amantel is one of the cheapest calling service provider to India from USA and Canada. Calling to India @ 0.8 Cents/Min.
