Truly Excellent Customer Service! Commign From Som

Truly excellent customer service! Commign from someone who has called them for 5 serious problems - all sorted without any problems.(once you get past their automated press 1 for this, press 2 for that) Few problems with billing, just charges i didn't use (they didn't cap my data use, so instead of capping it at a £1, i used £8 worth. Went to South Africa, was told calling 150 was free from there (i was suspicious of this, but used it anyway). Got back and found id been charged £25. Called them up & they sorted BOTH OF THESE issues within 5mins and refunded me all of the money. Been with them for 18months on flex 25, renewed last week, upping my contract to flex 30. Can see myself sticking with them for a long time to come.

The Customer Service Assistant Was V.helpful But I

The customer service assistant was v.helpful but I had to convince her & her supervisor that the current Flext deal I had signed up for was currently £20 - £5 = £15 I did this by asking her to look at the T-Mobile website where it at stated this in pink & white. I also had it confirmed in an email

IT SEEMS THAT T-MOBILE WERE UNAWARE OF THE DETAILS OF THEIR OWN OFFER!

Flext Is A Good Monthly Tariff To Be On. T-mobile

Flext is a good monthly tariff to be on. T-mobile pay as you go text appeal is good too, with 3p texts! Only bad points are web and walk and non 01/02/mobile numbers aren't included. This means sometimes it's hard to know what you've spent/what you have left. Also no roll-overs, long contract for 18mths.

On Flext 20, 18 Months Nearly Up And Have To Say C

On Flext 20, 18 months nearly up and have to say considering I have been with T Mobile for donkey's years, tried many different plans over 12 and 18 months, this latest scheme is brilliant.

It does exactly what it says on the tin, gives you the flexibilty to make calls or texts without fear of running out of credit. This seems to be the most generous offer I've seen from T Mobile for a long time. I will stay with T Mobile, upgrade phone next month and go for this offer again with hopefully another good phone thrown in for free.Their customer after sales I cannot fault where I have had various issues over the years.Give T Mobile a go, I am very critical yet they have scored highly on their Flext plans.

Ive Been Using The T-mobile Flext Plan Since I Swi

Ive been using the T-mobile Flext plan since i switched to a contract phone in January, as after shopping around i decided this would be the best deal (as opposed to pay as you go, which i had always been on previously and to other networks deals).

The Flext plan is really good as you can tailor how much you pay depending on the individual usage of the phone, the plan i am on is i pay £20 a month which gives me £60 Flext money to use on text messages, calls, Voice mail, pictures messages etc. This is perfect for me as i send more text messages than i make calls, however i have found that since using this service i have used my phone a lot more for calls than i did previously on a pay as you go contract.

This plan is ideal for me but you can also pay less or more depending how you use the phone, when i signed my contract (18months) i also go a free handset choosing the Nokia 7373 which is a brilliant new model, so i was really pleased as when searching for new phones this was the handset i wanted.

With t-mobile it also sends you weekly text messages with the amount of Flext credit left until your next bill, which is a really useful service (is optional though so you can opt out of these if you wish). With my handset for an extra £7 a month i could have also signed up to use the T-mobile Web and walk service (meaning you can use your Flext credit to browse the web) however i opted out of this, but its good to know that i could add this service on to my existing contract.

With the Flext price plan you also receive monthly bills which gives you a break down of how you are using your credit which is useful, indicating if you may want to make changes to your account depending how you use your phone, you can also sign up to the T-mobile website and check your account and billing information online, again a really helpful service.

I am currently 8 months into my contract and i have no intention of changing it! Also after 18months is up on this contract i am eligible for a handset update! Very happy with the service and the price plan! 10/10!

I Have Been On The Flext 35 (18month) Contract. It

I have been on the flext 35 (18month) contract. It was originally £35 per month which has been reduced to £30 per month and for that I get £180 of credit to use, which I never do as I usually have credit left over, the credit doesn't roll over to the next month, it's usually a case of use it or loose it, but I think that is the case with most telephone companies now-a-days.

I love the fact I am not restricted in the amount of calls or texts I use as the credit is just used as you go. The other benefit from this is even if you did use all your allowance, you would still be able to use your phone and be billed extra for the extra usage. This has only happened to me once as I had really hammered my phone over the Christmas and New Year period, and I think my extra usage had only cost me about £2.38 extra.

There is a flext 35 (12 month contract) but you don't get as much allowance £120 per month to use and the tariff is still £35.

For those of you who feel they may not use all that allowance, or those who feel it isn't enough there are other flext tariffs starting from the flext 20 right up to the flext 75, both on 12 or 18 month contracts however the 12 month contract stops at the flext 50. (got this info from the t-mob web site)

Word of advice if getting a new contract, always get the lowest priced tariff that you think will work for you, becasue one of the things mobile companies will have a policy that they won't let you downgrade your tariff to a lower cost one, but they will let you go up a tariff, this is so they can make back the money they have spent giving you a free phone, so just remember it's easier to go up a tariff but much harder to come down!!

I Used To Be On The U-fix £15 Tariff But Fle

I used to be on the U-fix £15 tariff but Flext 20 offered £33 per month allowance for £15 (special offer discounted from £20). It is good that you are not limited to how many minutes or texts you use within your allowance as the tariff varies accordingly. I haven't been able to use my full allowance as I don't make that many calls - I usually have over £25 left! It is a bit annoying that I am charged extra for sending a text to my brother in New Zealand when I am supposed to have such a large allowance. For low users the Flext is not really such a bargain.
