They offer cheap rates but are focused solely on their profits and will claw back money by amending your meter readings to their gain. If you dare to complain their customer services are not just bad, but aggressive, petty and rude. They will provide no evidence as to why, instead laying blame with you, and they will keep changing their story. They will make no apology, have no empathy or understanding, and will offer no resolution. They will offer compensation (twice in my case) but never provide any. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Much better than EDF

Having spent a year with EDF and finding them to be very poor I used Money Supermarket to search for the best deal for electricity and gas and they came up with So Energy.

The switch has now been concluded successfully with no effort from me beyond responding to an email from them requesting readings.

Been with them now for over a month and contrary to some reviews here the direct debit has been taken on the day agreed for the correct amount. Very happy with my switch.

Just remove the space before energy
