Acorn Aerials - www.warwickaerials.co.uk

I had an aerial and 4 aerial sockets installed by www.warwickaerials.co.uk.

They used Acorn Aerials which I assume is the local operative for the Warwick area.

The website states that they provide the right equipment for your needs but this is not the case. Our TV is unwatchable most of the time as the picture keeps breaking up.

I have telephoned Warwick Aerials, and Acorn Aerials, several times and I have sent a couple of e-mails. Twice they have made an appointment to come round but have failed to turn up.

I have had an independent engineer check the system and, by using the proper equipment, he found where our signal problems lie and suggested solutions. He also said the cabling used is of low grade and if a benchmark grade had been used it would help.

Do not use this company, I have heard that they have done this before and left people like me with a useless install costing over £300.
