Probably the worst customer service I have received in a long time. After sending 5 emails, 4 text messages, and 2 voicemails asking for somebody to call as the wrong product was sent out, I eventually received a single email asking for photos for proof the product was wrong which were sent back. I continued to chase for a phone call, but instead, they sent the wrong product out again>. I wanted to order some additional Wovenhill products which I will not be doing as a result.

Bought a wicker trunk after 10 days I had no response although the money had been taken out my account.

Tried to call several times no response or call back

Emailed them and eventually I received a email saying it was not in stock and they would refund the money

No apologies or anything I asked for someone to call me back but no response.

I was left embarrassed at it was present and they were waiting for it.

Customer service us appalling

Received the incorrect item to what I had bought, which is a mistake and no trouble however it’s now been over a week since I received my incorrect parcel and multiple emails that I’ve sent have been ignored and I am still left with the wrong item. Would not recommend. Quick enough to take your money but not quick enough to act on an issue when it is entirely their fault.

I purchased 2 Wicker log baskets in April 2022 for £179.90. I didn't use them for log storage until January 2023 (obviously). At the beginning of March 2023 the carrying handle broke clean off one of the baskets. Given that it was less than a year old and I had hardly used it, I rang Wovenhill to get it replaced. I rang the 0800 number several times and managed to speak to agent who said she would get the appropriate person to call me. Needless to say this never happened and they have basically ignored me. The 0800 number has a voicemail which states its no longer in use!

IF YOU VALUE YOUR CASH DO NOT BUY ANY ITEM FROM THIS COMPANY AS THERE AFTER SALES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS APPALLING - AS IS THEIR PRODUCT.

Ordered the large Wovenhill Kubu Storage Trunk (very reasonable price) at the weekend and it was delivered by courier about an hour ago - from clicking pay to receiving goods less than 4 days. Amazing. Product itself is excellent, also very robust and well made. Can't say enough - Wovenhill a great online shopping experience. Well done team.

On the whole I like the basket, although it is a little flimsy. Unfortunately, it wasn't well packaged and it was damaged in 3 places on arrival, I did message the company but never heard back so probably wouldn't buy another. But for the price they're OK.

Couldnt fault my experience with this order. Delivery was quick & item excellent quality & good value.

The log basket is lovely - sturdy and lined with thick cream material. It looks great and works a treat! The price was reasonable, order admin (acknowledgement, delivery details, etc) was very good and thorough, and the delivery was speedy and well-packaged.

Easy transaction. Swift delivery. Perfect wood basket, sturdy and nice to look at.

Large rattan dog bed with cushion, excellent value for money looks fantastic, excellent customer service. Would highly recommend.
