I was so surprised that they worked on weekends! I ordered on Thursday and got a confirmation to say that my order of 16 candles had been dispatched by the Sunday! Will receive them this week. Ordered before and was extremely satisfied with the packaging. Got some great deals too! Thank you. Will be ordering again!

Also, for those who are looking for scents that are rare or are only on sale in America, they have a few scents on here that I was surprised to see! Not too expensive either and I paid less than £3 postage for the whole order. Highly recommend this site. Really great customer service and they have kept on contact with me throughout the whole process to tell me where my parcel is, an invoice, my order numbers and even supplied a tracking number to a website that is mobile friendly, meaning I could track my order on the go!

This is the second time I have used Yankee Plante and I would have no issue in recommended them to family and friends. A reliable and quick service is offered with a good variety of products including many fragrances which are no longer available on the high street.

Delivery has always been quick and items well packaged with no damage. I now use Yankee Planet as the only place to purchase my yankee candles.

Ordered items on Monday evening to be told they would not be dispatched until Friday due to them being late with orders - This was only made apparant after i stated in the order to have my items dispatched as soon as possible as they where for a gift needed for the weekend with no response given from this. DO NOT USE if you want your items to be late - I have also had items previously from this company not arrive or have arrived damaged.

Before i made the purchase it would have helped to have had a GUARENTEED dispatched time rather than just when they feel like it. Also an option for FREE shipping when you spend over a certain amount like other places do - I dont see why i have had to pay out £3.90 For VERY POOR service !!

Wow! Yankee Planet you are amazing! I placed my first order with you on Saturday July 4th. There were some small issues regarding my order which were promptly dealt with. Your telephone manner and way of dealing with my request was exceptional.

My delivery arrived this morning July 8th. All my package was well wrapped and my parcel arrived in one amazing smelling piece.
