Unbeatable
Bought my T304 in the late 80, and they are still going strong, used everyday, they still look like new. Couldn't be without them after pm long. Great set.
Absolutely The Best!!
We were given our set of T304-Pans a a wedding present in 1970. After almost 50 years of daily use they remain in very good condition and I love them. They are perfect to cook with and as my husband always remarks: "they are a pleasure to wash"

The Best Cookware Ever!!!!
I bought a set of eleven different pans with lids and a collinder in 2000. They look as good now as they did then -18 years later! they have endured the cooking efforts of two children and a husband!! would like to have added to set but very sadly the company has gone out of business
Are they suitable for an Induction hob ?

Best Pans Ever.
Had my pans over 20 years. Will never need to buy any more. Still as good as new. Would recommend them to any one
.
I have had mine for nearly 20 but did not treat three of them as good as I should. Mind you I use them on a daily basis.. Can anyone help me to replace these?
Prfessional Cookware Company
WE bought a frying pan from this range. Over a short time the teflon ceased to be effective and we are left with a frying pan wit a thick black layer. The lifetime guarantee is a waste of time now co. is in administration
Expensive Scrap Metal
After buying and receiving as wedding gifts 6 pots and pans from this range and buying the utensils from the same shop . three years down the line the not stick started bubbling and falling of into the food now all the pans are good for nothing.

Last A Lifetime!
The professional cookware company, I believe, went into administration a few years ago now however their T304 professional pans are still going strong.
My set still look as good as the day they were purchased (I think we paid just shy of £350 back in 2000 for a substantial set of 7 pans & 2 frying pans) not being the best cook I have burnt food & let pans boil dry & yet time after time they clean up like new. They handle the dishwasher well and years of washing & scrubbing have not dulled or corroded the shiny stainless finish.
The frying pans' non-stick surfaces have now seen better days & are ready to be replaced but bear in mind - these pans are about 13 years old now.
They have a good solid base yet are not as heavy as other "professional grade stainless pans" so they will not break your wrist when you lift the potatoes to drain
I have used them with gas & electric hobs, in the oven & even used to send the large stock pot pans directly to my local Indian restaurant to fill with curries & rice for dinner parties - but regrettably have recently had to replace the whole set as they DO NOT WORK ON INDUCTION HOBS.
The only other point is that the handles do heat to the temperature of molten iron but most cook shops now sell silicone pan handle covers or a good old fashioned tea-towel will suffice & it would've been nice to have a pouring lip on the milk pan.
These pans are no longer available to buy new but if you spot any second hand for sale & you only plan to cook on gas/electric then you will probably bag a bargain.
PROS: Good quality, good looking, good value: 5 stars
CONS: DO NOT WORK ON INDUCTION HOBS: 0 stars

Handles Get Too Hot
Had this set for around 15yrs, very solid and reliable, only problems handles get too hot to touch, I think at this price they should heve been suitable for any stove,, (i have a gas hob.) To summarise am finally going to get a new stainless steel set suitable for Gas.

Who Needs Teflon?
I purchased my set of stainless T304 Professional cookware before there was an internet!
I think I responded to an ad in the Sunday Times. I refused to buy another set of pans at what I thought was an exorbitant price for inferior gear iin the USA when I moved here seven years ago and shipped them with the rest of my valuables from Blighty, I use them every day.
I have zero problems with them after purchasing them in 1992.
Professional is the key here, I don't see Gordon Ramsey or Jamie Thingamabob or Pru Leith using Teflon pans; stainless all the way.
Brilliant stuff at a fabulous price.
I am a yacht manager and work with chefs who deal with people at the pinnacle of their game and some have come to my home and used my pots and pans and compare them most favourably to their stuff on the superyachs where they work.
I paid around 200 Pounds for the set and they pay close to that for a single skillet here in the good old US of A.
Muppets.
These pans hark back to the age where you bought something and it lasted longer than you did!
My daughter will be using these in 2042 I am sure, if there is still electricity or gas by then!
If not I am sure they would still work sitting atop a raw fire fueled by whatever is available by then.

T304 Pro Wok With Lid From Professional Cookware Company.
We bought ours from procook Ltd in Chelmsford Essex in December 2008 and now the non stick coating is coming off despite careful cleaning.we have tried to contact the company as we still have the receipt for the 25 year warranty but what is this worth when the company has gone into liquidation? Still we wont have to worry about buying any more defective goods from them will we!!! DEFINATELY NOT RECCOMMENDED.
Q&A
I need to talk with someone about the T304 stainless pot. How can I contact them?
Is this pan set suitable for use on an induction hob?
Is the frying pan ovenproof as it has a metal handle?
