I e-mailed them to ask if they could send a plumber to do three small jobs; withing two days I had a response, confirming a date, and asking if I wanted morning or afternoon. Almost immediately I received an e-mail from a second person saying that they couldn't/wouldn't do the work. The latter is apparently the final reply. Unprofessional.
