Visited by Chichester branch who recommended base area needed and to be flat to accommodate 7x4 shed. Advised of supporting base needed and Protek paint . Both ordered. Installers arrived 26 September on time and fitted professionally. Standard of wood high. Site left very tidy and inspection jointly signed off. Would recommend services of this company.

Ordered a 10x8 Apex workshop big mistake, builders turned up without the correct tools to assemble so I had to lend them mine, shed seemed ok at first but then the 'expansion gaps' appeared in almost every joint and never closed, the internal bolts fell apart, the doors continue to sag in the middle and need constant adjustment, the bottom rail below the door has split, the supplied padlock passed the hasp bolt just by twisting so does nothing to secure, all external hardware is attached from the outside so can be removed with a TRX2 driver not security fixings as advertised (£2.99 Amazon) so not secure, tried to message on the website, slow to respond dont give straight answers, blame it on if you have painted the shed or not, finally, managed to get hold of them on the phone where they continued to contradict themselves, first they say the shed is pressure treated and should last 20 years then say you need to paint it right away, rude and abusive and making assumptions about myself dont touch this company you will regret it.

Had a log cabin installed 2 years ago, so out of guarantee, the wood is bowing. Paid to get their customer care back, had to pay in advance, cannot get them to even tell me what are the time I should expect them, sort of between 8am and 5pm.

They are rude.

Cannot find their ceo email address who probably hiding themselves behind the rudness of their staff.

I am an elderly pensioner so it was an important purchase as I don't have the spare cash to even part with all that wood.

I should have just purchased a cheap shed.

I so regret!

Based on my experience with Skineers, I don't recommend them due to false info at the selling stage, stress and unprofessional work, rude responses from some contractors and employers, no response to your emails, and no telephone line to customer care.

I was very pleased with the shed, it was really good quality strong and sturdy.The shed comes up to the standards I expected.The two workmen were very competent and the shed erected in no time.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends etc

The log cabin that was installed on my property is not the one I ordered.

Ordered August now end November.

They waited the day before installation day to let me know.

If you notice you don't get much emails or paperwork that is because they prefer hearsay so they don't have to worry about proofs.

No disputing the log cabin is good quality.

Installers are very fast, efficient but moan all day about their managers.

They sold me 2 packages on top one for electrics and the other for aur conditioning.

Once again nothing written all hear say.

Was told the installers would bring the products I bought but they did not.

They refused to let me have contact details of the company who were supposed to install the air conditioning and their electrician refused to visit to assess requirements.

Trying to get refund for what i did not get is exhausting.

I tried to order a simple shed from this company and they told me that the delivery time was FIVE MONTHS. This, surely, is unacceptably slow.

Bought a small pent roof shed for the garden from Skinners sheds at their Flimwell (A21) show site. They were not the cheapest I looked at but were very well built and used treated solid wood. I got a managers deal including delivery, and installed it myself - a bit of huffing and puffing with the solid roof which is quite heavy - would be better with two people!

Its been in situ for six months or so now, and looks good, no problems at all.

Much better than the cheap stuff on ebay etc, no chipboard here!
