this sellers engages in bate & switch, deceptive trade. i lost 209.00 on this seller.   when called on his deceptive trade, he offered a refund, never acknowledging his deliberate trick by selling equipment as ( 50/75/100/115% ) when in reality, this thunder unit is only ( 40/60/100/110% ) which is absolutely deceptive trade. They'll give you a refund if you figure it out -0 but they won't ever change their deceptive trade practises. these people are sleazy and take it from me, steer clear and save yourself the headache.

I ordered a grow tent from these folks. When it didn't arrive, I called and emailed to follow up on mu order. No reply email. No call back. I then checked my credit card balance and learned the order was cancelled. Went back to the site to order again and the price had been jacked up by 400%. What a joke. If this is how these guys cunduct business, I hope they fold soon. We do not need any more fly by night internet businesses. If I had known then what I know now I would have never wasted my time.

purchased a grow kit from these guys a few months back. i was shopping online for a few weeks and found this site from Facebook. the 1000w thunder ballast was identical to my quantum that i was already running. the reflector that came with this is a knockoff of the xxxl. i think lighting reflector was a little better since it was easier to maintain. the item arrive fast as promised. my only issue was the customer support. i needed another fuse for the ballast and it took these guys a few days to reply. the ballast comes with an extra fuse... so if they would of replied sooner then everything would of been great. they need to work on their communication. the product so far is good.
