SPV Lights, Swirl Solar Motion Light

I purchased 8 SPV Lights. A Twin Head Light and also a Wind Chime light with a 2 year guarantee I only have 2 left working so I returned all the other goods back to the company which approved the return I sent them back on the 15/9/22 and was told I couldn’t have a refund that I had to have a replacement for all of them I have sent 4 emails plus phone call and I’m still waiting for replacement which they said would be within 10 days it is now 26/10/22 and still waiting. The person on the end of the emails doesn’t even know what he’s doing first they say carnt find order then they don’t have my email address registered but he had already emailed the approval on the same email address then they only do returns once a week then he’s gone to not answering, so now I only hope the phone call works what’s the point saying they have a 2 year warranty when you carnt even get the replacements. Really disappointed with these lights plus the company who sold them to me.
