I wish I read the reviews of this disgusting company please I beg you do not order form them the rudest owner you will find and terrible customer service my order never arrived and said it was my fault and blamed me for not receiving it, you are greeted with a abusive customer service agent , and then a nasty owner who emails you with aggression , please shut this company down DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED money on this company

Second time ordering at Prestige drinks and once again they didn't disappoint. When contacting the customer services team I was met with positive and efficient team that went above and beyond to help with the product we requested (notably as there was inclusion of a foreign language). Very happy with the final product that was engraved and packaged well coupled with a very fast service. Thank you once again!

Bottle arrived leaking and packing had been put inside box with bottle inside - a bit disappointing but nothing as disappointing as the aggressive/rude tone of the owner when I had emailed about the issue and then called - did not want to know!

No offer of a replacement or a refund and quick frankly aggressive attitude of the owner who seems to have no regard for customers or customer service in my opinion! It wouldn't have been such an issue had the company been willing to resolve the situation but the attitude at the top was such an upsetting experience, I am quite frankly shocked by it all!

It looks like all negative comments are removed from their FB page and I have seen similar negative reviews so I guess I should have looked online for reviews before buying from this company.

Absolutely dreadful experience. So expensive and the final product is definitely not value for money. An all singing website gives a false impression of what you think you will receive. Customer service is non-existent. Wish I'd listened to the previous reviews before wasting my money. Order at your own risk!

Bought an expensive bottle as a Christmas present for partners family. Wrapped the box, they opened it on Christmas day to find a leaking bottle, highly embarrassing as you can imagine. Customer service was dreadful, a normal company would of at least offered a new bottle straight away... no I had to get my partners family to send a leaking bottle back, not sure what they will do with a leaking bottle (had to ask for a pre-paid stamp as they just expected my partners family to pay for this too) and only then would they send a new bottle out. Not even a gesture voucher or anything to apologise for this highly inconvenient mess up on their side.

DO NOT USE GO ELSEWHERE - I also never write reviews but I have to as this was such a bad experience.

Absolutely woeful and overpriced. So disappointed with the final product. Engraving not central on the bottle which simply spoils the effect. Clearly no quality control. The silver paint used on the engraving was also smudged on the label.

Only a minor criticism, but the fact that no order confirmation was received left me unsure as to whether my order had in fact been placed safely and successfully. I only knew once I checked my credit card transactions. Had to rely on courier tracking updates for any communication.

Ultimately, extremely disappointed having spent in excess of £60!

Made an order and item never arrived, no refund was issued and customer service stopped replying. Avoid!

I believe that the price of strong drinks in this store is too high. The price does not match the quality. There are other stores where there is a more loyal price policy, so think for yourself.

I ordered a bottle of the engraved photo prosecco and was so pleased with the quality of the photo. Moreover, the service was fantastic! I ordered the bottle and it was ready the next day. My friend had tears in her eyes when I have it to her as she was delighted with it! Thank you Prestigedrinks I will be certainly ordering more!

i had read lots of bad reviews about this company.but i thought what the hay ill give them a try.very glad i did I ordered a bottle of engraved bombay sapphire for my wife,s birthday. arrived in a week very pleasantly surprised they had engraved everything i had asked them to.the engraving was of excellent quality i was very happy with the gift.when my wife opened it she was amazed that they had managed to fit all the message in ie her name DOB my name kisses etc.she absolutely loved it.would certainly use again.thanks for a great job.
