Asda Smart Price Lager

Just wish they had it in my Asda shop!

In terms of lager my usual tastes are San Miguel, Stella, Kronenbourg, Heineken etc. I am not a huge drinker but once every couple of weeks I do enjoy a 4 pack whilst watching Match of the day on a Saturday evening. I was shopping in Asda and decided that I would pick a few beers up for later that evening. As I got to the beer shelves I noticed a 4 pack of alcoholic beer for just £1.00! Out of curiosity more than the desire to save a few pounds I decided to throw them in my trolley and carry on. Mistake! It tasted like lager granted, just extremely watery. In fact it tasted more like water with a drop of lager, which I suspect is rather accurate. I will definitely be spending 4 or 5 pounds on half decent lager in future. The £1 price tag is very impressive but its not worth it at all im afraid. I wouldn't drink it again for free.
