Warning, It Bites!!!!!!!

Every time I use mine, the foot release smacks me in the shin when my shoe slips off the pedal. It needs better foot grip on the surface. I have a size 12 foot, not big for a man yet you can't get your boot into it properly . Holding a chainsaw and getting smacked in the shin isn't the ideal situation.

DON'T BUY IT . Get something else.

Triton Superjaws Sja200 Work Station

When I got this out of the box I was surprised at how heavy it is. It's a robust piece of gear. I read the instructions after I had started to play with it,(typical bloke). However after a few minutes putting it up and taking it down again it became second nature. It is really stable and can hold work up to 3ft in width. The jaws can hold delicate items requiring little pressure, to heavier items. As the jaws can exert up to a tonne of pressure. It seems to be well put together and comes in a strking shade of orange, and when folded up and stood on its end has a smaller footprint than the old workmate it has replaced. The only down side is the price, so shop around. If required there are other vice jaws available seperatly, such as engineers jaws and log jaws.

A Solid, Stable And Flexible Workstand With A Good

A solid, stable and flexible workstand with a good firm set of jaws which are easily adjusted and released, and grip firmly.

It folds up easily and is compact.

The tool is heavy -but that is why it's so stable, and because it is very well made. Handling and folding it can be awkward because of it's weight -but that is a monir 'problem' in view of it's good points.

Use it with the Triton multistand for more flexibility.

It can do most of what a workmate does and more.

The Triton Superjaws Sja200 Workstation Is Heavy,

The Triton Superjaws SJA200 Workstation is heavy, but you cant have it both ways. Way better than a workmate these Superjaws have really been through the wringer with me over the last year and have performed brilliantly. One of my Superjaws is starting to lose its grip on the main clamping slide (I have yet to check it out!). Thick gauge metal and strong sections give the tool a lot of strength and durability. Three legs give the tool stability when on uneven ground. Because the legs splay outwards any weight applied to the tool increases its stability.
