Andes To Amazon

opened an account with amazon card in may recieved a paper statement in june paid it off in full as i always do. they did not send me another paper statement did not send me an e mail or no contact and i forgot a payment then they sent me an e mail to say that they referred it to a credit reference agency and charged me £12 as a late payment fee were as if they had been sent me a statement or an e mail as a reminder it would have been payed staight away. just a con wanted the £12 late payment fee never ever again
