Radoni - The Flavours of India, Chelmsford

I have been here plenty of times, foods is excellent and so is the service.

My complaint is, I used my credit card here a couple of weeks ago (after having not used it for almost a year) and then 2 days later my account is hacked and someone is trying to buy sports equipment from Amsterdam!

I can't guarentee it was this transaction but it all seems a little bit suspect...

Other than the potential fraud issues the place is great... Just pay cash.

Me and my fiancee have been so many times and never had a bad experience. The food is delicious, the service is great, there is a wide selection and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who likes Indian! Always left with a smile on our faces.

last saturday me and my freiends went to Radoni to eat after a long tiering day. They waiters in radoni made us very comftable, as they have treated us very kindly with respect. They had very good customer service and was realy quick and fast. Me and my freiends had orderd our food wich was chicken tikka masala with rice and meat curry. The food was excellent it tasted they way it should and i really enjoyed it. It was also busy that day and there were a lot of customers around so it was tough for the waiters to keep their customers happy, but overall i personally think that they have done an excellent job. Radoni Should always be like this so that they that they could satisfy their customers with their needs and wants.

I went to Radoni on Wednesday, it wasn't very busy as there was around 3 - 4 tables. We were treated kindly, sat down at a nice table and we received our drinks and poppadoms very quickly. When we ordered our food we said we wanted chicken tikka diced pieces and madras sauce on the side. The food took a while to come considering it wasn't even busy and when the food did arrive, there was no chicken tikka pieces or madras sauce, we received a chicken tikka madras. I'm afraid i have to say that the Radoni needs to get skilled waiters who can understand English properly and can work with speed. Some of their dishes are the best in Chelmsford but I'm afraid a few of the common dishes are full of colour and seems to taste a little different from majority of the other restaurants. The Radoni was the best restaurant a couple of years ago however now days their standards are decreasing and the quality is getting worse. i don't know if they have the same management as when they first opened or new management but i suggest they do something about their service and waiters.

I would recommend this Restaurant to anyone who has a serious love for Indian Food. The authentic taste is far less westernised than most curry houses.

Overall it was an experience. The Flavours of India in Chelmsford is good value for money and it was worth a try here, but I would not really return there.

Not happy overall. The other night at The Flavours of India was very bad, and the food was cold.

Brilliant overall eating experience.

The quality of the food ingredients at Radoni - The Flavours of India seemed great. They had great Balti and great accompaniments and friendly service. The Dopiaza was a little bland. Unfortunately they were playing cheesy ABBA music instead of Indian music. Still it was great!
