I've been in constant contact through e-mail, and while they did get back to me, it certainly didn't speed the process up. Maybe I'm just unlucky, but I can't escape the feeling that it's more likely that the Flirt Rental Game Rental service is just rubbish.

Have been using Flirt Rental for 3 months now and it's an excellent service - a great way to get all the latest games delivered to your door.

I have been using Flirt Rental for about a month now and have had excellent service from them, they send out games quickly usually under 4 hours turnaround (from when they receive your last game to when they send out the next availiable game on your list). The customer service is excellent as well I have e-mailed them a couple of times and received replys within half an hour (usually within 15 minutes). They have a nice forum which the directors of the company keep customers up to date on changes to the site. I would recommend Flirt Rental to anyone whishing to rent Xbox 360, PSP and PS3 (when it's released) games...
