Paul McKenna is a genius. I started listening to the CD during a very unhappy time in my life. I truly believed that I would not have got myself out of this sad time without listening to the CD regularly over a period of time. It works. Get it. Change your life!

I bought this book upon my sisters advice. havent regretted it one bit. i live in Pakistan which is a highly NEGATIVE environment. Whilst going through the chapters i realized that some of them contained conventional wisdom, but my belief is that even if one thing is learnt from one book, it is life changing.

i learnt about anger management and also about self image.some greta things that are the need of the hour for the human race.

i would definitely by it for all my friends.

You know that feeling when you discover that you have just come across something amazing and you immediately want to go out and buy it for every friend that you feel might also benefit from it? That's exactly how I feel about this book! I'd happily pay the money to buy this book for anyone I felt was struggling in some way, after all it is the gift that keeps on giving!

what an amazing book i bought one 5 years ago i've used his advise almost everyday since. there definitly is something magical about it as it has allowed me so much freedom from negativity type of thing though you do only get out what you put in so its not some thing you read and bang your lifes changed forever it is very much an ongoing effort .Its the sort of thing that if you reach rock bottom and find this it will no doubt stick with you the rest of your life

My relationship broke down and I was a very negative individual I picked up this book and boy what a change to my life there has been I have met the most gorgeous girl and were having a baby and soon to be married!!!

Basically Paul gives you all the tools you will ever need in life to get what you want and to see things from outside of the box.

Be aware though that this book is to be read from cover to cover not once but many times until you programme your brain into the positive and yes you really do feel that excitement inside its like knowing a secret that no one else knows...even when its raining on a Monday morning I see so many people going to work with sad written all over them not me I feel great to be alive and you will too if you follow the simple steps to happiness fulfilment and peace.

one of the best things i found with this book (even though i have the translated french version) is that once you start to use the exercises, you start to learn things about yourself that you didn't know either because you were oblivious of them or because you chose to ignore the fact that you can release your true potential and live a happier life. i used the exercises to release my authentic self and once i used the techniques in everyday life i felt much happier and more confidant. thanks to Paul Mckenna i feel much happier and more hopeful about the future. i would definitely recommend this book to all my friends, as i said to my mum if we all used the tips in the book to discover our true potentials the world would be a much happier place to be

Totally exhilarating book! cant believe I saw it in a small town in Kenya , whats even more amazing is the way i started perceiving things that looked too big to solve . I've struggled with TV addiction and procrastination and I'm amazed how easy it is now to control myself and prioritize issues ... totally amazing book!a must BUY!!

As a Paul McKenna fan, I just had to see if he really could change my life in 7 days. I must admit after the first week of listening to the free CD, I certainly began to feel more positive about life. I have not as yet ead through all of the book, however I continue to listen to the CD on a regular basis. I think it's the kind of thing that you can take from it what you need. We are all different, so each person will access the book/CD to a greater or lesser degree. Worth the investment.

Paul McKenna is a Genius with a personality. He has exposed NLP and TFT to the world, and he has changed the world of Hypnotherapy in general. I believe he is amazing, and he has a unique mind that benefits our world.

Exercises and amazing good advice and really does change your life. Maybe not in 7 days! Ive been doing it for about a week and a half, and I've noticed small changes already, I know if I keep it up for say a month then It will have a really BIG effect. Its the kind of book you can read again and again, and the more you do the more you'll change. Its like a book of wisdom to me. The CD that comes with it is good too, not sure if its working, but It definitely doesnt do any harm, I just put it on in an evening after work when I am tired and just drift off listening to the relaxing CD telling me some great things. A must buy.
