Kris Dhillon, The Curry Secret : Indian Restaurant Cookery at Home

Just got my hands on this book & can't wait to make my 1st curry from it, all the reviews look good just hope the curries are good too, good to see the resturaunt style curries we are used too in it, at least it explains how to make the basic curry sauce then add to it the different ingredients you need for different curries, unlike other curry books that don't explain thing properly!

This is a fantastic book! Just finished reading! Got it for less then £4 on Amazon!

Cannot recommend The Curry Secret by Kris Dhillon highly enough and have done so to family and friends - all of whom share my very high opinion. If you follow the recipes you WILL create the perfect restaurant syle curry. My book has fallen apart through overuse..

Good instructions, very easy to follow, food tastes the same as any restaurant if not better.

Cant live with out this book by Kris Dhillon. Fabulous I have used these recipies for years and are very authentic. Good easy indian quisine.

Easy to follow . Dont be put off by the amount of oil used in cooking. you can remove before serving. How to reproduce those curry house flavours in your own kitchen
