Babyliss You Curl

Its a best for getting perfect curls. but if your hair gets stuck in machine, it becomes difficult to remove from it.

It is easy to use and generates a perfect, long-lasting curl. With this, I'm very happy.

I think it depends on the type of hair you've got. If your hair curls easily (like mine) - buy it, it the fastest and easiest hair styler to use. Plus it's cheap and the curls look great! If, however, your hair is extremaly hard to style (like my housemate's) - don't buy it.

I can honestly say that this is the worst appliance I have ever bought! It doesn't curl my hair at all, in fact I would say my hair looked straighter after clamping, twisting and dragging the plates through it. I watched the online video of how to use it and read the instructions but it simply does not work. Complete waste of money, i'm taking it back to exchange for a wand as it is not fit for purpose.

I happen to think that the Babyliss You Curl is by far the best curling tool that I have ever used. I takes me about 5-10 minutes to produce the best curls that last all day - no problems here! Stick with it and once you've perfected the right technique there's no going back!

I bought this last year, March 2010 around. It was my first curler and I saw it on the Argos catalog. I looked reviews up on the internet especially looking at the official website. So I thought to myself it looks really easy and god easy as straightening? Wow! So when i went home heated up very quick. I got my first curl in my around 5th attempt and it was a really nice curl but as I got to around the 3rd curl my hair was getting straighter more than curly. So go invest in a wand. I'm going to buy a new curler soon because this is a waste of space. Really Hard to use.

I recieved these curlers as a gift for my birthday. Me and my mum tried them out a couple of weeks after, and we got nothing, even after reading the manuals and watching the online video, so I put them up and I haven't used them for a while, but last night, I tried them again, and I did get curls, and they were just like the model on the website, but after 15 minutes, the curls had gone. Personally, I think these curlers are a waste of £35.

Never witten a review before but this product is a joke. If it takes so much practice before you "get the hang of it" then why does it claim to be so easy? I wasnt looking to spend this much money on something that wouldn't work straight away - I have a 13 month old son and so I get about 10 minutes to do my hair, I dont have hours (I just spend 3 hours watching to stupid video and reading the instructions, washing and drying my hair to see if that helped) - and not even a curl!!!!! This is moronic, I have already called the shop I purchased it from and they are willing to give me store credit since they said this item is returned all the time....shocking. Dont waste your time and money on this!!!

At first i could not work them at all! i was just getting straight hair, i even used them as straighteners once! But i have recently started using them again, and all of a sudden i have got the hang of it! What i learnt it makes better curls with smaller sections of hair so.. curler hair = smaller sections ! And to twist in almost a full circle ! Now i use them every day and my hair looks great and is admired by all of my friends and this is coming from a girl who used to straighten her hair everyday,and hated her hair in curly ringlets! But now i love to have my hair curled with these and the curl stays all day! The only product i use is paul mitchell super skinny serum when its wet, tresemme heat defence spray just before heat styling and hairspray spray after curling to hold it in! i would defiently recommend these to anyone who likes to curl their hair quickly! All these other reviews need to give them another chance !

This is the first review of a product I have ever written. I feel so strongly about how awful this product is that I just wanted to warn other customers about buying this product. IT DOESN'T WORK! I brought this product at £38.99 for my daughter and I to use. We watched the internet video and followed the instructions. We did perserve in trying to get it to work but putting you hair through irons at 200C is not something you can risk doing indefinitely! I contacted Babyliss "Customer Service" to let them know of my dissatisfaction and they said it wasn't their problem!!! I'm writing this in the hope that other would-be customers don't buy it so that Babyliss will then be forced to stop putting awful products like this on the shelves. I wouldn't have actually given the item 1 star if I had been forced to!
